A criminal case on rape was initiated in 2004, where separate additional episodes were registered, according to the Regulation No.264 (paragraph 11.2, section II) of the Cabinet of Ministers “Regulations on the Register of Crime” dated 20 May 2003. That is why the number of the registered crimes in the time period has grown considerably and a comparison of the data to the previous periods is therefore not possible.
